Important: Notice for obtaining iPod cable for certain 2007 A V Receivers

Dear Valued Customer:

Certain early shipments of the Pioneer A/V receivers listed below do not contain the iPod cable which comes with the A/V receiver. The six affected models of Pioneer A/V receivers are as follows:

 

VSX-90TXV VSX-91TXH
VSX-92TXH VSX-94TXH
VSX-9120TXH-K VSX-1017TXV-K

To remedy this situation, Pioneer will be mailing, beginning in mid-September 2007, iPod cables to all affected purchasers who notify Pioneer that an iPod cable was not in their A/V receiver's box.

To have an iPod cable (for an affected A/V receiver) delivered to you at no charge, please either (1) call Pioneer customer service's "iPod cable hotline" at 800-421-1607 (M-F 9AM-7:30PM Eastern Time), or (2) go to http://parts.PioneerElectronics.com/iPod. When contacting Pioneer, please have the model number and serial number of your A/V receiver available. Once again, the expected date for shipment of all iPod cables is mid-September.
