MCACC measures every speaker’s connection, and notes its size, distance from the listening point, sound levels and timbre to maximize performance. All this is made possible with the aid of an included microphone.

Even compressed audio such as WMA, MP3 and AAC is enhanced with another Pioneer exclusive – Advanced Sound Retriever.By filling in areas where minute details were left out during the compression process, this technology also enhances the audio quality of SIRIUS® Satellite Radio and can realize an upper limit frequency of 20 kHz with compressed audio playback.

Last but not least, the Auto Level Control feature can additionally equalize volume level differences between tracks playing from an iPhone® or iPod® device or during television programming so the volume can be enjoyed at a consistent level.

With HDMI 1.3a you can also enjoy the benefits of Deep Color, which takes 30-bit and 36-bit color up from 24-bit in order to deliver nothing less than a stellar picture with a range of hues and shades previously thought impossible to attain.

Another advanced feature, x.v.Color, further broadens the color space input to include 1.8 times as many natural colors as the standard RGB signals. In short, regardless of the quality or signal source, our receivers can accept and maximize any video signal for easy connectivity and performance, not to mention nothing less than an astounding picture.
